So many volunteer opportunities are out there! I volunteered to help build a new and improved, safe playground for my community this weekend! It was fantastic getting to know everyone in my community and seeing all the comradery between us all. I also had the opportunity to volunteer Sunday with the American Cancer Society for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk at Cooper River Park in Pennsauken, NJ. I imet so many wonderful people. Survivors, friends and family of those lost to the disease, and numerous volunteers all joined together. This was my first time of many and I plan on volunteering as much as possible. You can too! It's easy to do! Just go to www.volunteersofamerica.org and sign up for volunteering efforts in your community.

Heelo, there...It's me....was wondering why I haven't been able to write lately? Well, I have been busy trying to keep my sanity these days. Work has been hectic. I am an "Investment Champion" and Customer Service Rep/Supervisor....I have so much to do and get paid so measly for it! Ugh!
When will it be easy? Ever? I don't want to think it will never happen. I want to know that I am working towards something...besides death. I guess as long as my family is healthy and safe, I should be happy. I mean, billions of people out in the world are homeless or starving or have no family to love and support them. But in all actuality, I wish I had more to give. I wish I didn't have to live paycheck to paycheck. But, hey, at least I have one, right?!?!
